I love cooking, I love eating, but somehow the weekly menu planning and shopping has become a chore and we always seem to waste left-overs too. I have designed these printable planners to help sort out the problem.
Each PDF prints out onto an A4 piece of paper but can be resized before printing to letter size without any loss of quality. The wide margins mean that you can hole punch the sheets on either side if you prefer to store then in a binder rather than on the fridge or notice board.
They can also be laminated to make wipeable versions.
There are 4 PDFs in total as there is a one for the meal planner without the days (for people who do not plan Monday-Sunday)
a. What should we eat? - weekly meal planner with space for notes - you can add in the recipe reference, alternatives, if someone won't be in.
b. What should we buy? - weekly shopping list divided into sections to make it easier to see at a glance what needs to be bought where.
c. What have we left? - somewhere to note down what was left over and where it is - in the fridge, freezer or elsewhere.
Used together they could really revolutionise the way meals are planned, food bought and consumed. I'm also hoping that they help spread the load of food prep and encourage people to be more adventurous.
Once you have bought the PDFs they can be downloaded from your account. There is no limit on the number of downloads.
